Terms of Service — SEO Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEO Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Tracker is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides keyword rank tracking, Google Search Console integration, Google Analytics 4 integration, AI-powered SEO recommendations, site crawling and auditing, and automated reporting tools for website owners and digital marketing agencies.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means beyond normal use
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content

5. Google API Integration

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, you authorise SEO Tracker to access data from those services on your behalf. Your use of Google data through the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. SEO Tracker's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant SEO Tracker a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by SEO Tracker and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO Tracker does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations will improve your search rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
